今天要分享的這家竹北餐廳!是我在網路上找要到新竹玩的行程時,看到關於新竹餐廳推薦的分享引起我大大的好奇~
比新竹南寮漁港的海鮮餐廳還更讓我想要去一探究竟!
所以問了大家的意見後!大家聽到是竹北專賣活蝦料理的餐廳,一致都同意!所以我早早就有先打電話訂位啦!
因為我們都是服務業,休假都是事先排的,為了要避開假日遊玩人潮,我和我的朋友都喜歡把休假排在平日~不用人擠人玩起來也比較輕鬆!

我說的這家竹北餐廳就是新竹黃金海岸活蝦之家.
因為是訂比較早的時間,大概是五點多吧!平日這個時段晚餐人潮也還沒聚集~所以餐廳內還沒什麼客人~也剛好可以讓我拍個照片記錄在這次的遊記內!

是在靠近竹北交流道這邊,旁邊就是新竹體育館.
很好找,加上招牌也很顯眼~
停車場這個部分讓我覺得超級方便!吃飯不用找停車位!對我們這種人生地不熟的遊客最方便~~不用擔心在餐廳附近找不到可以停車的地方.

我們在用餐前還有先在餐廳外面他們布置的小造景花園走走拍個照~
女生嘛!!!就算是上廁所都有辦法自拍阿~~
反正只要給我們一台相機和一個景,我們都有很多梗可以拍照!
這邊的環境真的還蠻乾淨又漂亮的喔!

很久之前我們也有去新竹南寮漁港某家海鮮餐廳用過餐,印象中海鮮餐廳都會有一種海產腥味跟比較亂一點的環境,黃金海岸不是喔!乾淨到讓我們覺得這間餐廳真的蠻衛生的!!桌面和地上都沒有髒污跟油垢,用餐環境還蠻舒適的~
而且網友都有說他們家的廚房是半開放式的,可以直接看到廚房內的料理過程~是真的!

至於我們會吃到的蝦蝦,也可以近距離看見,就在廚房旁邊的活水養殖池.
他們料理幾乎都是現點現做,點單後,就會看到師傅到池邊撈蝦,裡面的蝦都是活蝦生猛的哩!撈起來的時候都還會跳啊跳的!
新鮮程度沒得挑剔!

這天我們早上有去不少景點玩,也都只有吃一點小吃果腹,所以肚子還蠻餓的!
就在大家在菜單上找不到白飯可以點的時候,店員跟我們說他們家的白飯是無限量供應的~~所以要麻煩我們自己到自取區去盛.
聽到免費供應大家都眼放綠光,紛紛衝去盛白飯,一群女生就這樣沒有形象的搶著盛飯像幾百年沒吃過飯一樣. . . . .不知道那天有沒有嚇到店員!!

打開鍋蓋就聞到香噴噴的米香!!這白飯後來跟檸檬蝦的醬汁攪拌實在超恐怖的!!我吃了四碗飯!!!不誇張!!!!超下飯!!是我人生第一次吃這麼多碗飯,在這裡變身名副其實的飯桶!

檸檬蝦就是他!!
酸酸甜甜的檸檬醬汁,聽說是現榨檸檬汁調配的.
酸甜的比例剛剛好,配白飯真的是極品!
就連上面的蔥花聽店員介紹用的是台灣最厲害的蔥-宜蘭三星蔥.
那蔥花在酸酸甜甜的蝦肉滋味內多了一點畫龍點睛的效果!

不過讓我覺得真正厲害的是他們料理的火侯,檸檬醬汁很入味耶!!
泰國蝦大隻不說,新鮮蝦子吃得到的Q甜口感再加上超入味的醬汁!
這一道才剛端上來,就通通被消滅,後來還多加點了一份!!因為大家都想要用他的醬汁拌白飯~~~

沙拉蝦就是單純水煮的泰國蝦直接沾取沙拉醬品嘗~~
因為這張照片拍的時候外面天色已經有點暗~所以光線不是很好~
不過這道沙拉蝦真的可以很明顯地確認黃金海岸的蝦真的很新鮮!
沒有任何調味的水煮泰國蝦一點腥味都沒有,肉質紮實,沾沙拉醬吃就覺得很夠味啦!!

至於黃金豬肋排,因為我有看到網友說這道菜是每天限量供應~
點菜的時候就想說我們是第一組客人,應該點得到吧?!
結果真的有!!幸運!!
黃金豬肋排的外皮吃起來焦焦又脆脆的,裡面的肉質很多汁又鮮嫩.
啃起來超級令人回味的!
不知道是不是因為是黑毛豬品種,肉質吃起來有一種香氣!

這個因為也是檸檬醬汁系列~~所以我們也有點~~
只是有個朋友不知道什麼是田雞,以為是田裡的雞.
吃到一半她才知道什麼是田雞,就是可以食用的青蛙~~
我們都快笑翻了!
不過她一點都沒有覺得可怕,跟我們一樣都覺得吃起來肉質超細的!!
一點奇怪的味道都沒有~~還很清甜呢!
醬汁酸酸甜甜的更襯托了肉質的細嫩清爽~

本來大家都很猶豫要不要點奶油螃蟹!!
但看到別桌客人有點,看起來超厲害的~~所以這是我們後來追加的!
奶油螃蟹還有附一籃法國麵包.
一上桌我們就在猜是台灣的沙公嗎??也太大隻了吧!!
店員為我們解惑,是從斯里蘭卡進口的野生沙公!
難怪~~~根本就是沙公界的King Size!
不過我們是點比較小隻的,另外還有大隻一點的,不就是King中之king??
奶油醬汁甜甜香香的配法國麵包剛剛好~肉質超飽滿!!蟹殼一剝開看見的滿滿都是蟹肉啊!!

我們還有點一鍋蝦鍋喔!!
這個蝦鍋的湯根本就是精華!!超營養!
湯頭是先用蝦頭熬煮8個小時,聚集了所有蝦之精華~
裡面還有日本蘿蔔跟香菇~~更增添湯的香甜~
旁邊附的生蝦肉則是要吃的時候再放到湯裡煮就好!
這個湯超好喝的~我們還加了一次湯!!

要不是因為我們是觀光客,晚上還有其他行程,不然光是想到吃著生猛的活蝦料理再配上一口啤酒!!阿斯!!!超過癮的啊!!
