前陣子,我們大家早早就約好要找一天聚餐~
地點在哪呢?我們這一票海鮮愛好者,約的依然是老地方~
從學生時代吃到都成家立業了~
就是新竹知名的海鮮餐廳-黃金海岸活蝦之家!

不過新竹有好幾家類似黃金海岸活蝦之家的海鮮餐廳!
我只要推薦給朋友,都會跟我朋友說一定要到運動公園前面這家黃金海岸!!
這家才是最正統~口味最好吃的啦!
我們這些行家,都只吃運動公園前的這一家!!

算算其實也好一陣子沒有到訪黃金海岸!
沒辦法,工作越來越忙,小孩一個接一個生出來!實在沒有多餘的外食時間!
這次我們大家都是安排好小孩的去處~~跑出來重溫聚餐歡樂時光~

這次聚餐,一樣是由我這美食團主負責訂位!
我跟老公一大早就把小孩丟到娘家去,我們兩個還跑去泡湯~泡完湯才慢悠悠的晃到黃金海岸來~天還沒黑就先到餐廳了!

說到黃金海岸活蝦之家,這家可以說是新竹經典的美食餐廳,推薦好評就連在PTT上也很多人大推必吃的餐廳之一!

黃金海岸是一家品質跟料理都讓人很放心的餐廳.
他們的廚房是半開放式的,我們在用餐區可以看到師傅們在廚房料理的過程~
看得到他們乾淨的料理手續,對於講究新鮮生猛的活蝦料理,這樣看得到的安心~~我們才能放心吃下肚~

而且他們的活蝦~~每一隻都是保證活跳跳的!
大家都知道海鮮就是要生猛!黃金海岸為了要維持蝦們的活力~還打造了蝦子的活水SPA池~
可以看到師傅們料理都是從活水SPA池這邊現撈現煮的喔!

這邊的醬料跟白飯是自取~
所以要吃多少就拿多少~
白飯的話,對大食量男生來說絕對是很划算!
我還記得我們第一次到這裡吃飯時,當時還是男友的老公在那邊說來這裡就是要吃海鮮啊!!誰想吃白飯啊?
結果當天盛了四碗白飯還意猶未盡的就是他. . . . . .

但要先讚美一下他們的白飯~雖然無限量供應,但是白飯粒粒分明~粒粒Q軟~實在是口感十足~

吃蝦必點一盤沙拉蝦!!
要知道一家餐廳的活蝦新不新鮮,吃原味就對了!
這沙拉蝦是只用薑片和蝦水煮後直接端上桌的~
完全沒有其他調味,就是原汁原味的泰國蝦直接沾沙拉醬或是芥末醬~
我覺得沙拉醬跟芥末醬都很搭~
兩種都可以把蝦的鮮甜滋味帶出來!

新竹黃金海岸的火鍋也是他們餐廳必點之一!!
這次我們有猶豫了一下~~到底是要點這道蝦鍋呢?還是要點燒酒蝦呢?
最後我們決定還是蝦鍋好了!
因為大家都有開車來,怕燒酒蝦一個後勁太強,今晚就得在警察局睡過夜XD

黃金海岸的蝦鍋很厲害~~記得我們當初第一次喝到湯頭時,每個人都眼睛一亮!!
鮮、甜、甘、醇~而且還是很清爽的口感!!
那時候有問過店員,才知道蝦鍋來頭不小,是必須要提前準備熬煮的湯頭!
店員說蝦鍋是用蝦頭事先熬煮8小時,再放入香菇、蘿蔔等新鮮的食材下去熬~
端上桌的時候旁邊會有一盤生蝦,不是沙西米喔!
是要吃的時候,客人再自己把蝦放進湯裡煮~這樣蝦肉才不會被煮老!!

這蝦鍋依然是超級厲害!!平常我們這些不喜歡沾手的女生~看到另一半都在進攻蝦子了~~也開始自己動手剝蝦~~加入戰局!!

胡椒蝦也是黃金海岸的招牌之一~
強烈建議鼻子不要太靠近聞香,因為那胡椒真的是又嗆又辣,滋味十足!
重點是胡椒很入味~~
吃胡椒蝦一定要先吸吮一下蝦殼,先品嘗一下胡椒香~
剝開蝦頭一樣要再吸一下!濃濃的蝦膏精華帶著微辣滋味~~超涮嘴~
接著再品嘗Q彈的蝦肉!
但我通常都不敢一次吃太多隻,他們的胡椒真的是後勁十足!每次我都辣到鼻水直流XD

另外他們也有現炒的新鮮蔬菜~
高麗菜炒得很鮮甜脆口!平常在家其實我都炒不出這種火侯~
所以雖然目的是要來吃蝦的~~但是他們家的現炒青菜不點會覺得好像少了什麼一樣~

這次還有再點一道鹽烤鯖魚~
他們家的鯖魚感覺都比外面餐廳還要大尾~
不是錯覺~~是真的!
因為店員說他們的鯖魚都是從挪威進口的,每一隻平均都有1kg!
吃起來肉質是很細很綿密的,是鮮甜的魚鮮味,單吃或是沾一點胡椒鹽都很好吃!

這裡除了啤酒以外,還有不少飲料可以選擇!!
我最喜歡吃海鮮的時候搭配氣泡類的飲料~~
尤其是蘋果西打~~萬年不敗經典飲料!台灣人的汽水~哈哈哈!

黃金海岸是很多大小公司聚餐的首選,這裡也常常可以看到竹科工程師帶外國客戶來吃飯!
外國人也都拜倒在新鮮活蝦料理的滋味下~

因為大家都還要回家帶小孩,吃完飯也不能像以前一樣想聊多久就聊多久~
吃飽喝足後,稍微坐了一下就一起去黃金海岸的停車場牽車~
黃金海岸有提供停車的服務,對開車的客人真的是一大方便,不用擔心吃個飯沒位置停車,也不用擔心吃飯的時候車子會不會被拖吊~

偶爾相聚的聚餐時光,雖然只是一頓飯的時間,但也很開心啦~
不過有人說這次沒喝到燒酒蝦不甘心,我們還在討論跨年夜要不要乾脆直接帶孩子一起到黃金海岸來吃飯,反正他們餐廳有兒童遊戲間,料理也有適合小朋友的~應該小朋友都坐得住吧!

久違的新竹美食~黃金海岸活蝦餐廳就推薦到這!!希望跨年夜可以成行~不然好像到他們店裡外帶也不錯喔~
