如果這不叫吮指美食?那我真的不知道還有什麼能夠稱為吮指美食了!!
上次跟我男友去新竹竹北找朋友,那時還是中午,朋友問我們要不要晚上一起去他們新竹有名的一家海鮮餐廳吃個飯再回家.
新竹海鮮餐廳???還要跑到漁港嗎??會不會太麻煩啊??
結果不是啦,在市區,朋友說他說的新竹美食餐廳剛好就在竹北交流道附近,我們吃完飯後也剛好可以上交流道打道回府,這個好這個好,因為我真的不喜歡到太偏僻交通不發達的地方~~

是說,好像大部分人對新竹的印象都是竹科,殊不知新竹其實有超多美食的!
雖然這邊風大了一點,冬天冷了一點,但其實也算是一個很有自己特色的城市!

只是,朋友說要到這家新竹美食餐廳吃飯時,一開始是有點猶豫,因為我最近都清淡飲食XD沒有為什麼,就是女人一輩子的功課-減肥.
尤其最近我吃了朋友推薦的酵素,所以晚餐都沒有在吃澱粉,很怕去了好料餐廳會破功!噗~~
不過還好,朋友說他要帶我們去的新竹聚餐餐廳可以完全不碰到澱粉,滿滿的都是蛋白質,因為這家新竹聚餐餐廳的主打料理是蝦 蝦 蝦
那我真的很ok~~
天還沒黑,朋友就帶我們跳上車,驅車前往這家位在竹北交流道附近、新竹體育場旁邊的黃金海岸活蝦之家餐廳!

乍聽到餐廳名覺得很耳熟,男友用著懷疑的眼光看著我,到底是跟誰去吃過!!!!
欸!!不是啦,怎麼可以懷疑我愛你的心~~~我是在新竹美食推薦的PTT美食版看過這家餐廳啦!!上面有很多鄉民對新竹這家黃金海岸活蝦餐廳很讚嘆很推薦捏!算是PTT上討論串頗多的餐廳啦!

因為這天是平日時間,他們餐廳平日是下午三點開始營業,這時候他們的停車場倒是都還沒有什麼車,因為我們到的時候是四點!!!
我跟我男友看著朋友,到底現在是要吃晚餐還是下午茶????
朋友用一副[到時候你們就知道]的眼神看著我們,好吧,反正有得吃就好!

不過有專屬停車場真的很方便吼,畢竟現在台灣都市的停車位都比用餐位置還難找XD,是一個供不應求的現象~~~
對了,如果有停在他們停車場,千萬千萬要記得結帳的時候跟櫃台拿代幣,這天我們吃飽喝足,連我朋友都忘記要拿代幣,等到跳上車發動開到柵門前,我們才發現忘了拿到代幣. . . . . .只好又跳下車衝回餐廳拿代幣(((蠢!

剛踏進餐廳的時候客人是小貓兩三隻,也剛好可以讓我四處看看.
用餐區統一都是矮型的竹桌竹椅,裝潢還蠻有純樸古風的感覺!
環境乾淨的讓我有點訝異,海鮮餐廳都難免會有一些海腥味或是一些比較雜亂的刻板印象.
這邊都沒有,就是乾乾淨淨的,店內也很大~~

這是活蝦池,都有活水在流動,所以拍照時拍不太清楚裡面的蝦~
現場看是很清楚的喔,可以看到泰國蝦們活力十足的在裡面悠游自在!
池子旁邊是他們的中央廚房,是半開放式的,可以看到廚房裡的所有活動,包含料理過程~
可以清楚看到他們都是從這個池子裡撈活跳跳的泰國蝦現場料理!
所以來這裡用餐,點餐都是現點現做,要給他們一些料理時間唷~~

對了,這天點餐都是朋友他們點的,想說他們是當地人對這裡熟門熟路,最知道什麼料理好吃~
第一道先端上的是一鍋湯,裡面好多蝦頭??
旁邊又再端上一盤晶瑩剔透的泰國蝦身體,這是要吃牡丹蝦的節奏嗎???
威!!不是啦!原來這鍋湯叫做蝦鍋~朋友說不要小看這鍋湯,是經過熬煮8小時的精華鍋,蝦頭是蝦子的精華集中處,黃金海岸他們先用蝦頭熬煮8小時以上,裡面還有一些超級提味的蔬菜,像是蘿蔔還有香菇!
湯喝起來有蔬菜的清甜更有蝦子獨有的蝦香和鮮甜滋味.
至於這晶瑩剔透的蝦子身體,是要吃的時候丟下去煮啦,煮熟後就可以沾中間的哇莎米吃!因為其他菜都還沒上,就先進攻這盤蝦~~

黃金海岸用的是泰國蝦,每一隻蝦的個頭都不小,看得出是有挑選過的,泰國蝦的肉質是肥厚飽滿的,所以吃起來真的很過癮!
這道蝦鍋自己煮出來的蝦是結實的扎實口感!
蝦子新不新鮮還可以看殼肉的分離狀態~~如果是新鮮的蝦是很好剝殼的喔!不會跟肉黏在一起,蝦肉也不會糊糊的~~~

我個人雖然敢吃辣,但對於胡椒真的很無法,胡椒那種嗆辣對我有點太刺激,朋友改點這道蒜泥蝦!
蒜泥研磨的算細緻,這甕蒜泥蝦有濃濃的香蒜味瀰漫著~~
每一隻蝦上面都有裹著好多蒜泥!!
吃之前可以先吸一下蝦身上的蒜泥再開始剝!
讓我驚訝的是裡面的蝦子都有入味耶!!!!
蝦子吃起來更是濕潤度剛剛好,不會煮得太老太硬!
好吃好吃!!!!
什麼??滿嘴都是蒜味??沒關係啦!我本來就不是走淑女路線,姊走的是霸氣女漢子路線!

胡椒鳳螺!!
拍照時我靠近聞了一下~~哈啾哈啾!!
他們家的胡椒也太給力了吧!!
真的很胡椒耶!!超級香濃的胡椒香氣一直從甕裡面竄出來~~
每一顆鳳螺都好大顆,大小都很平均!
雖然平常不太吃胡椒類的料理,但還是忍不住吃了幾顆!
只是吃了之後,我真的有嚇到吃手手!!!!!

吃第一顆鳳螺時覺得這螺肉好飽滿好扎實!!
吃下去是鮮鮮甜甜的原味螺肉香甜味~
加上又是新鮮鳳螺所以螺肉很好拉出來,一連吃了好幾顆~~
這時驚嚇度隨之上升,我覺得我的嘴巴越來越辣((哭!!
狂灌了好幾口飲料,結果氣到拍桌!!到底是誰只拿汽水的!!
放眼望去我們桌上通通都是汽水!!
嘴巴就在辣了,汽水灌下去那真的不是普通的刺激!!!!!!!

趕緊喝了幾口熱湯後終於把胡椒後勁的海嘯壓下去. . . .
雖然有驚嚇到,但那滋味卻實實在在的難忘啊!!
喜歡吃辣的人這道菜真的會深刻在心底,男友他們也是吃到嘶嘶叫!!
但是卻是下酒好良伴!!
這道胡椒鳳螺看似簡單沒什麼點綴,滋味卻真的很難忘!
看著他們吃鳳螺吃得很開心,我也好想吃,但是想到那個後勁還是改進攻其他菜色好了!

雖然這倒不是蝦,但我卻覺得好印象深刻!
黃金豬肋排~
聽說這是黑毛豬的肋排唷!!一隻豬只能取兩片肋排,所以這道菜黃金海岸每天都是限量供應的.
他吃起來有一種特有的骨肉香氣,肉質是很軟嫩多汁卻又扎實的!
外面有煎炸過的微焦香脆口感,裡面的肉質軟嫩!
標準的外酥內嫩~
啃完外面的肉,一定要再咬一下裡面的骨頭吸一下骨頭的汁~

剛剛有說到黃金海岸每一隻蝦個頭都不小~~
所以蝦膏都是滿滿的唷!
蝦膏真的很鮮甜!很多人都不知道蝦膏配上白飯是人間美味~~~~~
但晚上不能吃澱粉的原則我依然不願打破,只好含恨了!
不過單品嘗蝦膏也是很幸福啦~~

這就是吮指美食!!可以這樣過癮的品嘗充滿蝦的美食實在機會難得!!
我覺得這種餐廳越多人一起聚餐越有味道~多一點人反而可以點更多不同的菜色料理,大家一起Share費用是超級划算的!!
