今天終於來朝聖一間網友們評選為新竹美食餐廳首選推薦,新竹最厲害的泰國蝦料理餐廳!!!!!新竹這間海鮮餐廳,本來在台中也有一間加盟店,只是後來要去吃的時候,才知道現在已經不是同一間了,所以特別又在北上新竹來這間海鮮餐廳朝聖.感受一下甚麼叫大嗑美食的爽感啊哈哈!!!!!
沒事時就很喜歡到處FOLLOW台灣有哪裡有好吃的美食,常常都會看到新竹網友會分享到黃金海岸活蝦之家聚餐的經驗,後來爬文才知道新竹人都對這間海鮮餐廳讚譽有佳,非常的推薦啊!!!!

今天終於有機會來新竹享用黃金海岸活蝦餐廳的美食,當然要好好記錄下來呀哈哈!!要出發前還特別又上了他們的官網來看要點哪些海鮮來享用

自己在車上看的糾結到不行,因為每一道都看起來覺得好可口~~~~
男朋友在旁邊開車還覺得我像個白癡一樣,一下苦悶臉,一下又暗爽臉的啊哈哈!
一到新竹黃金海岸海鮮餐廳,還好他們有專屬的停車場~~~不然在一看到黃金海岸餐廳的招牌時,才正上緊發條搜尋路邊停車位,立馬就緊報解除啦哈哈!!!!
超讚的,難怪新竹人在找聚餐餐廳時,都會推薦去黃金海岸活蝦之家,因為完全不需要擔心找不到車位,或者是停太遠吃完之後還要走好遠啊哈哈~~~~~
而且新竹黃金海岸美食餐廳的空間好大~~~真的是像網友們說的那樣,環境跟一般的海鮮餐廳不一樣,是非常的乾淨,像地板就不會黏黏髒髒的內!!!!一進到餐廳裡頭就可以看到半開放式的廚房,還能聞到美食香味~~~油煙味的部分反倒沒有唷!!!而且啊她們的活蝦池,是流動式的畜蝦池,不是像一般都只是用大水族箱裝蝦子的感覺,所以進看畜蝦池都能看到一隻隻活跳跳的泰國蝦唷!!!!!!所以在環境跟食材的品質上都不需要擔心,因為都能親眼鑑定啊!!!
在跟服務人員點餐時,店員的熱情真的是讓我覺得很棒!!!都很有朝氣的在介紹菜色,不會只是在一旁空等,因為實在太難選擇該點哪些菜色好,便請店員幫忙推薦了一下!!!所以我們就點了一個蝦鍋,檸檬蝦.麻油蝦.炒青菜還有黃金豬肋排~~~
點完餐後,立馬去一旁盛飯,沒想到他們的白飯是無限量供應,可以吃到飽的耶哈哈!也太好了吧~~男友這個大飯桶不知道今天會大嗑幾碗飯呢哈哈~~~~
黃金海岸活蝦之家的料理真的都是現抓現料理的耶!!而且上菜速度我覺得很快,才跟男友盛完飯閒聊一會兒,就陸陸續續開始上菜了!!!!!!各位有看到這蝦鍋裡滿滿的蝦頭嗎!!!!可想而知這蝦鍋的營養精華有多多~~~~裡面還有放香菇跟菜頭,湯頭口感超讚的呀!!!先喝完蝦湯,整個身體暖呼呼的感覺很舒服內!!!!!!
檸檬蝦的味道,酸酸甜甜的,很有吃泰式料理的感覺,蔥花也給的有夠豪邁的啊!
麻油蝦的麻油香味在剝蝦時,就早以香味撲鼻的讓人垂延三尺啊~~~而!且!!!!
重點是~~~~~大家看看這蝦子裡的蝦膏….是想嚇死誰啦!!!!!!有夠大塊的啊我的天啊!!!!!!!男友看到也驚呼從來沒吃過這麼有份量的蝦子呢哈哈~~~~
而且不管是檸檬蝦還是麻油蝦,蝦子每一隻都是肉質鮮甜又飽滿!!!
在加上料理的醬汁味道,真的是每吃完一隻蝦,連手指上的流汁都沒有要放過的意思啊哈哈~~男友光是青菜加檸檬蝦跟麻油蝦的醬汁就已經給我吃了三碗飯啊啊!
再來還有這道店員很推薦的黃金豬肋排,是用嚴選黑毛豬的肋排,每日限量供應的唷!!!!還好我們來的早,所以點的到~~~黃金豬肋排的肉質很嫩,而且味道料理的很夠味,後來偷問店員才知道原來這豬肋排都會先用獨家醃製三天吶!!!!!!!難怪味道怎麼讚!!!不用懷疑,當天就我跟男友兩個大胃王,直接爽快的完封這些料理!!!!!!
親自來過新竹黃金海岸美食餐廳後,完全可以了解為甚麼他們家的餐點,可以被封為是美食首選推薦囝撥萬啊~~~~因為真的是料多實在又美味!!!!!!!男朋友當天總共吃了七碗白飯,我真的是很佩服他,但看他吃的津津有味的樣子就覺得好幸福唷!
而且因為黃金海岸就位在新竹體育館隔壁而已,我跟男友還打算下個月去看完2017台北世界大學運動會的柔道比賽後,要再投入黃金海岸的懷抱,哈哈.
吃完飯後,跟男朋友兩個人還到附近的運動公園散散步,討論到時要點什麼菜好. . .(原本想說男友甚麼時候,這麼浪漫了還會想一起散散步,結果沒想到其實是因為吃太飽,撐到一定要散個步消化一下啊真是的,真想尻他個芭樂送他當飯後水果威哈哈..!)
