自從畢業後到新竹這邊工作，我平常沒什麼其它興趣，跟朋友約聚餐尋找新的美食餐廳就是我的樂趣，基本上電視上介紹過的新竹美食我們都跑遍了!!
可是有一間新竹美食餐廳一直沒機會征服，就是這間黃金海岸活蝦餐廳!!
http://www.goldencoast.com.tw 這間活蝦餐廳在新竹是很有名的美食餐廳，每次有聚餐我都很想朝聖這間新竹美食餐廳，畢竟電視介紹的新竹美食都征服的差不多了!!!一直沒征服這間，我的胃就是覺得哪裡不自在!!!!
其實我朋友也一直很想吃看看，但這種餐廳就是人多好辦事，能吃到的菜色會比較多~~偏偏大家出社會後就是忙~~很難約齊!!!
最後我決定跟隨我的胃走，不管到底約不約的到人，我今天就是要吃!!!!!
於是下班後找了同事陪我一同朝聖去!!!
我們吃的是在溪州大橋前面這間喔!!
看分享的網友說現在有很多名稱雷同的店家，沒有仔細弄清楚很容易搞錯!!
之前我台中朋友也沒看清楚網友推薦的是新竹這間，跑去吃台中那間，還跟我炫耀~~結果發現菜色口感都沒像別人分享新竹這間說的一樣好~~
ㄎㄎ，還好我住在新竹!!
是活蝦耶.. (這裡是活蝦餐廳當然是用活蝦阿!!!
看到那麼多蝦子，我的口水已經開始滴下來了!!!
(磨擦手掌) ㄎㄎㄎ。。。等等你們就準備被我通通吃下肚啦!!!!
因為我們才兩個人，所以沒有點太多菜，主要就是請店員幫我們推薦~~
等待的期間看了一下環境，發現他們竟然有兒童遊戲室耶，而且是設計在室內空間~~不但安全，家長也看得到，真的蠻貼心的~~
沒多久第一道菜就上來瞜
本來想說高麗菜，能多厲害??
但是我發現他們家的高麗菜不但很甜，還不會炒得太油膩~~
吃起來很清脆!! 真的很好吃!! 我想他們對於食材的把關應該特別用心，不然這菜怎麼會那麼甜啦!!!!
接下來這黃金豬肋排是店員推薦的，是他們家的獨家料理菜喔!!
ㄧ開始想說這種肉都會比較難咬開，但實際吃了才發現，很軟嫩耶~~
而且一下就咬開了!! 店員說這是選用黑毛豬的肋排，ㄧ隻豬只能取兩片，所以是非常珍貴的，可是限量供應喔!! 因為我們很幸運才吃得到~~
我們兩個人分著吃，ㄧ個人吃了3-4隻，吃完後還覺得念念不忘，一定要吸一下手指才滿足~~~
再來就是檸檬蝦，同事說要點這道菜時我本來很擔心檸檬的味道會壓過蝦子本身的味道，這樣就枉費我特別跑來活蝦餐廳了!!
可是沒想到，這到菜就厲害在，雖然有新鮮檸檬汁去點綴，卻還是吃得到蝦子的清甜口感~~上面還有宜蘭三星蔥，讓整個味道更提升.
真的是非常爽口的ㄧ道菜!!
三個食材間搭配的剛剛好，誰也沒搶走誰的特色!!! 給你ㄧ個讚!!
最後ㄧ道是我指定的沙拉蝦，因為同事點檸檬蝦時我擔心吃不到蝦子的原汁原味，所以選擇了這道沙拉蝦!!
他是用薑下去水煮的料理，除了中間的沙拉醬，是沒有任何調味料的，可以直接吃到活蝦最新鮮的味道!!而且每ㄧ隻蝦都很肥嫩~~~
那肉吃起來很有彈性，我嚴重懷疑他們家的蝦子一定有在跳有氧舞蹈，不然怎麼會那麼鮮嫩多汁，又富有彈性!!!
沾上沙拉醬又多了ㄧ個不同的感覺，感覺小朋友就會很喜歡這道菜!!
難怪我媽常說，越新鮮的東西越要用簡單的方式料理，我想就是這個道理~~
能完全的吃出活跳跳新鮮蝦子的新鮮口感!!
因為我們只有兩個人，而且這裡的白飯又是免費提供，所以這四道菜已經完全占滿了我們的胃!!! (打嗝)
要離開前我去上了個廁所，特地把廁所拍了下來~~這廁所也太乾淨了吧?!!
ㄧ般這種餐廳的廁所給人的印象就是髒髒、濕濕，沒想到黃金海岸除了料理，就連環境都那麼要求~~難怪是新竹人氣美食餐廳!!
誰說兩個人就不能來活蝦餐廳爽吃ㄧ頓?!!! 我就是吃到了!!ㄎㄎㄎ
不過今天還有好多道菜沒吃到，下次一定要約多ㄧ點人來吃!!
先想想要吃什麼好??
麻油蝦. 燒酒蝦.烤羊小排.檸檬田雞。。。。。。
