每次聽新竹的姨丈說他們那邊有超好吃的活蝦餐廳，
可是一直沒機會去吃看看到底是有多厲害？
每當說到新竹美食不就是一定會先想到新竹米粉貢丸那些的嗎？
特地跑去新竹吃活蝦餐廳，這樣看來這間一定有什麼特別不同的地方。
姨丈說這間黃金海岸活蝦之家可是他口袋內的新竹聚餐餐廳的首選呢！
身為一個美食家(自稱)當然在前往之前一定要做好功課囉，

姨丈還說別人如果問他說新竹美食有什麼比較推薦的？
他心目中的新竹美食第一名一定是新竹黃金海岸活蝦之家。
他說以前每次朋友來要從新竹一堆餐廳中找個聚餐餐廳都是個難題，
直到吃過新竹黃金海岸活蝦之家後，
只要有朋友來新竹要美食推薦的，他都一律推這間而已啦~
(我說姨丈你根本已經變成他們的業務了吧!XD)
趁著這次要去新竹面試剛好寄住阿姨家的機會，
剛好凹姨丈帶我去吃看看拉~不然每次聽他在說我都沒機會吃到!
一走進黃金海岸活蝦之家就可以看到他們精心裝潢的造景，
真的是很漂亮很適合帶朋友或賓客來聚餐的餐廳~
可惜當天風有點大而且還有點小雨就沒辦法拍外面的照片來分享了~
一進門就可以看到他們的開放式廚房，
恩~一間餐廳敢用開放式的廚房就代表了他們對自己非常有自信喔~
畢竟一切都會讓客人看到嘛~
而且雖然是開放式廚房卻不會感受到油煙味真的很厲害，
有些做開放式廚房卻油煙味很重的餐廳真的該來學習一下~
(之前還真的有過去其它餐廳被油煙味弄的胃口大失呢)
廚房旁邊就是活蝦池囉，
看裡面活跳跳的蝦子有種好像在對我說「吃我吃我」一樣，
哈哈等下就通通把你們吃下肚囉~
坐定位後發現雖然外面很冷可是裡面卻不會感覺很冷，
原來是暗藏玄機~你有看到這台很特別的爐子嗎?
每隔幾桌店家都有很貼心的設置暖爐讓大家不會邊吃邊抖囉~
而且不得不說的是他們家跟一般活蝦餐廳給人的印象真的很不同，
比方說以前去吃海鮮餐廳都會有環境雜亂或是爛醉的客人在吵鬧之類的印象，
在這裡都沒有看到耶，桌椅都很整潔，連以往最容易失守的廁所都很乾淨，
而客人素質不知道是不是因為靠近竹科比較多科技新貴，
所以也顯得比較好，不太會有脫序的情形，
第一道菜是最平常的炒高麗菜，
你可不要小看高麗菜，越是常見的菜色難度就越高呢，
他們家的高麗菜又鮮甜又脆，
看來不僅師傅功夫好，對原料的管控一定也是很不錯的喔~
冷冷的天配上燒酒蝦真的超溫暖的拉~
看看鍋子內滿滿的中藥材跟蝦子，真的很實在，
蝦子肉質鮮嫩還有中藥的提味，好吃!
湯喝下去口感很鮮甜，從身體裡面整個暖了出來~
天氣比較冷的時候來吃一定要點一份來暖和一下~
可惜姨丈要開車不能喝，只好由我代勞吃掉他的那一份囉~
再來是簡單卻不平凡的沙拉蝦，
不加太多的調味才吃的出蝦子本身的鮮味呢!
一口吃進去除了新鮮真的就是新鮮而已耶，
活蝦池真的不是擺著好看的而已喔，
新不新鮮真的是吃了就知道啦!
(還聽說外面有些不肖業者標榜活蝦卻到廚房就換了死蝦子勒)
蝦子肉質飽滿鮮嫩，且不會像一些店家會有很重的土味，
沾了美奶滋後再讓口味再增添層次呢~
最後壓軸上場的是~黃金豬肋排!!
能吃到這個真的很幸運，因為他可是每天限量供應的喔!!
一上桌整個香味就一直撲上來真的超香的，
但是豬肋排也不是沒吃過，功夫好不好一吃就知道了，
之前就吃過整塊很乾很柴的豬肋排，
只有有經驗的師傅才能讓豬肋排外酥內軟，
看看這照片，我想應該不用我多說了吧!
我可是真的只吃到只剩骨頭而已勒!!
整個吃起來就是超嫩而且調味讓我不停想連自己的手指頭都吃下去了XD
當初上網先查評價的時候，好像有看到台中也有一間加盟店，
可是評價似乎跟竹北的差距很多，不論是菜色或服務好像都沒有竹北的好，
我想要是真的面試上了新竹的工作，我想我一定還會再來吃很多次~
也真的是吃完以後我了解為什麼我姨丈甘心變成他們家的業務了啦XD
因為真的很好吃啊~食材也很新鮮~
而且服務也很親切，上菜又快(這真的很重要!!!)
根本回頭率100%的條件都具備了~
而且我還有很多菜色還沒吃到咧，看來一定要再來讓姨丈破費一下囉!
