男友從小一起長大的好兄弟結婚啦!
之前接到他們要結婚的喜訊時,男友早早就來問我能不能幫忙他朋友紀錄婚宴的過程~~我當然很樂意啦~
後來跟他們新人討論以後,發現他們的婚禮是名副其實的家庭婚禮耶!!
舉辦的場地就在他們家的後院!!
整場婚禮他們都親力親為,因為他們又是我們這群朋友中第一對結婚的,大家都卯足全力一起幫忙,布置啦、婚宴花絮啦、還有音響等等都是大家一起鼎力相助的~
除了婚禮是在他們家後院舉辦外,宴客也是在他們家後院進行~
考量到準備流水席要費的功夫人力和空間實在太多,他們是準備外燴自助餐的宴會形式,找到了一家口碑很好的台中歡樂派專業外燴公司,辦了一場超級豐盛的外燴自助餐!

原本他們是先跟另外一家台中婚禮雞尾酒籌備廠商聯繫,過程我們都知道,對方姿態擺得有夠高,在回覆的速度上也不是很積極,對籌備婚禮一切親力親為的朋友來說,真的是堪稱豬隊友!

在跟歡樂派做事前討論時,他們也有派人過來新人家後院看現場的狀況~
取餐區和用餐區都有特別規畫過.
他們來場地勘查的人員當時看到寬廣的後院也大呼太舒適!
婚禮當天真的容納了60位賓客呢!
用餐區的空間還綽綽有餘,一點都不會覺得太過壅擠~

歡樂派的菜色真的不是我要說,真材實料又澎湃!
中式、西式、日式、港式都有!
這燒賣我就夾了好幾次,一點也不輸港式餐廳的口味.

其實一開始我還有點擔心朋友他們找外燴廠商準備餐點,會不會需要很高的預算才有辦法準備像這樣豐盛的菜色.

看賓客們夾得不亦樂乎的就知道有多好吃~
我看了看整場的菜色,都是新鮮現做的料理!因為料理夠新鮮,所以怎麼拍怎麼好看!

當時新人跟歡樂派還在討論菜色的階段時,我就有廳新人在說,歡樂派設計的菜單讓他們很難抉擇,幾乎每一道料理都有各自的特色.
他們說一開始歡樂派傳菜單給他們看時,他們還想說會不會傳錯了,感覺也太豐盛了吧,很擔心歡樂派錯估預算.最後確認沒有錯估啦~歡樂派提供的菜色就是這麼厲害!

當天有一些熱食餐點,下面也都還有加熱的裝置,那天大家用餐的時間大概是2-3小時左右,全程熱食料理都保持著熱騰騰的狀態,滋味實在是很讚!
醉雞、沙拉等冷盤,也都很新鮮!
我覺得歡樂派的菜色可以媲美飯店的Buffet新鮮程度,在味道還有擺盤上都沒有什麼可以挑骨頭的~

歡樂派在取餐區也都有做一些典雅好看的布置,擺盤也都滿美的!
我吃到最後,發現甜點區充滿了驚喜!
堅果塔、水果塔一點都不輸專業烘焙坊!
尤其是餅皮整個很令人難忘!

飲料也都蠻好喝的,那天也滿場飛奔幫忙的我,飲料灌了好幾杯~一整個解渴!
現場歡樂派的工作人員也都會時不時的檢查餐點和檯面~
真的蠻用心的!
餐點區雖然時時刻刻都有賓客在取餐,但現場的整潔和衛生其實都維護的還不錯!

拍照區~也布置得很有專業戶外婚禮場地的氣勢~
雖然餐點讓大家欲罷不能,但大家都還是爭著要跟新人合照~
好多賓客都說這一場婚禮是他們參加過最溫馨的,在台灣實在好難得會有人在自己家後院舉辦婚禮!
只是~~那天我看新人跟所有賓客拍一輪照下來,笑到臉都快僵了~
邊拍照新娘還一直注意餐點有沒有被吃完,實在超好笑的!
不過說真的,婚禮上,最累的真的是新娘~要接待大家,還要穿著重量不輕的禮服維持優雅形象~又不能太放肆的吃吃喝喝,還好我有幫她們留餐點,不然新人餓肚子實在是太可憐了啦~

這次幫忙他們準備婚禮的經驗實在很有趣,還是在這麼舒適的自家後院舉辦!
料理還可以挑自己喜歡的菜色夾取!
賓客們吃飽喝足後,長輩幾乎都已經先行離開,剩下的就是我們這群年輕人,歡樂派收場離開後,我們年輕人的派對才正要開始~
香檳、啤酒早就已經在樓下冰箱備齊啦!!

不過這次朋友婚禮可以這麼順利,歡樂派也算是大功臣之一~讓大家吃飽喝足~
