這一次是我們過年前中區所有修女的講習聚會，會有許多人來到禮堂，每年的這個時候我都在想這一次要訂哪一家台中外燴辦桌比較好呢?每年都在網路上尋覓廠商，畢竟要找到一家可以讓大家都滿意的台中歐式外燴並不是容易的事情。
這場中區講習會是一場非常重要的活動，所以對於餐點的方面也很慎重，我們也不希望跟水準參差不齊的外燴廠商合作。這一次我在查詢台中歐式外燴時，看到許多民眾推薦「歡樂派雞尾酒派對」這間外燴廠商，看到有台中網友分享他們婚禮的雞尾酒外燴是與歡樂派合作http://www.zro-orz.com/erikahadama/2016/06/02/a1-6/，餐點乾淨整潔，而且菜色不會過於隨便，有了這些餐點也讓婚禮看起來更盛重，我也上網看了他們的FB粉絲團https://www.facebook.com/haun.lo.pai，發現他們也時常舉辦許多活動，也在上面看到了台中歡樂派舉辦的許多雞尾酒外燴照片，上面的菜色也都看起來精緻可口，也有教友跟我說他有跟歡樂派合作過，感覺還不錯，歡樂派也在台中舉辦過多場的外燴和辦桌，所以我決定與他們接洽看看，發現他們的態度和網友跟教友說得一樣非常親切，主動詢問我們經費預算和人數，也和我們說可以根據我們的經費來幫我們做菜色的安排和搭配，感覺得出來他們是專業的，讓我們在講習會過後有豐富美味的餐點可以享用。
這次講習會非常精彩，我也在這次講習會中得到了許多心得。台下的大家也都非常沉浸在這場講習會中。
講習會結束後便是我們的用餐時間，也是各區修女間可以互相交流的美好時光。
大家陸陸續續進入用餐區時，所有的菜色都已經準備好了，歡樂派事前就有來勘查過動線，所以哪一類料理擺在哪一區也都有區分，餐點區都有鋪上簡潔大方的桌巾，感覺也比較有質感，餐具和一些周邊需要用到的像是擦拭紙巾等等也都有擺放出來，餐點的份量也都滿豐盛的～
我的目光一開始就被這五顏六色的燒賣吸引，口味多達四種，通常外燴的燒賣都會因為放在戶外太久，表面變得冷冷乾乾硬硬的，但歡樂派的燒賣不會，因為他們在熱食盤的下面都有加熱的裝置，食物不會因為放太久而變得口感不好，咬下去熱呼呼的，很好吃。
花壽司也是很繽紛，而且口味很多，不是只有單純的海苔壽司而已，就連擺盤都看得出他們的用心和水準。
他們的菜色種類多元豐富，我每道都有夾了一些試試看。
這盤滷味獲得了許多人的讚賞，滷得不會過乾還保有湯汁，很符合大家的口味，我看好多人都來夾了兩三次配香菇米粉一起吃，非常美味。
在夾取食物的同時，現場也有一些歡樂派的服務人員，因為許多修女都穿著寬大的修服，夾取食物時難免會不小心沾到修服的袖子，服務人員都會主動幫忙我們夾取食物或是把濺出來的湯汁菜渣清理乾淨，不會讓修服沾染到食物，非常貼心。
許多人第一道都是先喝一碗熱呼呼的玉米濃湯暖暖胃，這玉米濃湯裡面放了滿滿的海鮮，才撈起一勺就有滿滿的蛤蠣和蝦仁，蔬菜也是放了十足的量，歡樂派還很貼心的附上垃圾桶在旁邊，大家就不會把垃圾都堆在桌上。
醉蝦也是很好吃的ㄧ道菜，本來許多修女因為修服的關係不太願意去拿取這道菜，怕因為要剝蝦殼而弄髒修服，但因為這道醉蝦太好吃了，大家口耳相傳，這道菜竟然被拿光光，在會場到處都聽見有修女在跟別的修女推薦這道蝦子，還有修女主動夾給我吃，說是因為蝦子很新鮮所以不會很難剝，他們的海鮮，跟我在網路上看到網友分享的一樣～真的很新鮮。
海鮮沙拉也得到很多人的愛，蝦仁跟花枝吃進嘴裡還脆脆的，嚐得到海裡的鮮味，蔬菜跟番茄也保有水分和植物的脆嫩感，吃起來非常清爽，這已經是餐廳高級套餐前菜沙拉的等級了，沒有想到可以在外燴中吃到這種美食。
有些修女因為還有事情，沒有辦法留下來用餐，所以都只能拿一些方便攜帶的食物在路上吃，例如三明治，這三明治也不會像外面的隨便夾火腿跟起司就了事，夾了鮪魚跟玉米，麵包也有料理過。他們都還傳訊息給我說，本來因為趕時間不能和大家一起聚餐交流很可惜，但是三明治真的很好吃，還說可以想像其他的餐點一定也很美味！
他們還很貼心的提供我們現切金黃丁骨腿和師傅現煮的台中擔仔麵服務，這不是在大飯店的自助餐才會出現的場景嗎?這兩個服務是滿額贈送的，因為真的很好吃，所以許多人也是在這兩項服務旁邊排隊，不過現場動線規劃得很好，不會太擁擠，所以即使排隊，也不會有雜亂的感覺。現場師傅還帶著手套做料理，乾淨衛生都有顧到。
飯後甜點的種類也很豐富，有一長桌可以選擇，實在是非常豐富，許多修女在吃完飯都都夾上一盤甜點坐下來慢慢的分享今天講習會的心得，甜點吃起來都滿爽口的，不會太甜太膩，這場餐會吃下來，跟在專業外燴餐廳裡吃到的菜色其實相差無幾，除了甜點也有水果，不得不說，歡樂派在菜色的安排上，可以說是面面俱到。
這次講習會辦得非常成功，許多人都跟我說他們吃得很滿足，頻頻向我詢問這是哪間廠商，因為接下來還有其他區域的講習會以及一些其他的活動，大家都想跟這樣有水準的外燴廠商配合，而且歡樂派的價格公道，也會體諒我們的成本幫我們做最好的調度，相當貼心，現場的工作人員也很專業。下次有需要我應該還是會跟歡樂派做合作。
