每天起床第一件事都是摸眼鏡.
就連當初3D電影推出時跟朋友興奮地要去看時,居然要帶到兩副眼鏡. . . .看起來蠢笨蠢笨的!重點是看到一半我就因為鼻樑被壓到痛到不行,中途還要把3D眼鏡摘下來休息!每次都怕錯過精彩鏡頭~~一整個心累!
好吧!!!什麼看起來聰明乖巧,我決定推翻這個說法!
超級後悔以前沒有好好保護眼鏡,當初近視居然還洋洋得意. . . . .

原本想說就趁有空的某一天去掛號諮詢就好,幸好有在他們粉絲團上看到近視雷射手術需要提前預約安排,我才想到,朋友說過術前會做不少的檢查,是需要一些時間的~

到的時候前面剛好有人在診療室看診,趁著等待之餘在診所裡頭看看~
微笑眼科很寬敞,不像一般小型診所比較有壓迫感.
像是診療室還有領藥區以及一些檢查室都是看得見裏頭空間的設計,不會有被隔絕什麼都不瞭解的未知擔心感~

看診療室裡頭陳醫師認真的回答患者的問題,覺得是看診很仔細的醫師,而且陳醫師散發著一種專業的權威氣息.
看著看著,看到牆上有好多人與陳醫師的合照,原來幾乎都是做SMILE手術的患者合照,我在看牆上照片時,剛好有個工作人員經過,她跟我說上面的照片只是小部分的患者合照,陳醫師做SMILE手術有破千眼的臨床實例了,是目前台灣操刀這項國際最新雷射技術最豐富的醫師.

檢查大概需要1個多小時,很多項目,操作會由一位工作人員帶領,在仔細的測量近視度數和散光度數後,接下來的檢查設備其實我都沒看過~
看起來都很精密很先進~
後面大部分的檢查都是針對角膜的,這是因為近視雷射是針對角膜的手術方式,所以沒有想像中的可怕~

這天帶我檢查的工作人員是一位小姐~
淚液測試和測量角膜厚度讓我當下遲疑很久,辛苦她耐心花了很多時間跟我溝通而且很溫柔~~順利完成這兩項檢查,現在回想其實當下是自己心魔太多XD
不過他們的專業度還有高EQ都讓我印象深刻~

進到診療室以後,陳醫師看前面檢查的報告前先幫我做最後的檢查~
檢查視網膜眼底有沒有病變,這邊很重要,如果有異狀就沒辦法接受近視雷射手術,檢查時陳醫師很仔細專注,因為這攸關後面的手術及眼睛安全.

陳醫師檢查後看了我前面的報告,說我的角膜厚度他有計算過,是可以接受SMILE近視雷射的~
有人覺得微笑眼科的SMILE雷射近視手術價錢有點高,但我覺得【金錢誠可貴,眼睛價更高】
而且那些人並不是拿和SMILE手術同等級的手術方式來比較費用,所以我覺得不準~
因為現在除了SMILE手術其他的近視雷射手術都是傷口大,恢復慢,後遺症機率高的技術!

德國蔡司製造的Visu Max會在角膜內層雕出一個透鏡!
原本的近視度數越高,透鏡的厚度就會越厚.也就是原先角膜厚度要夠充足的原因~
在製作好透鏡以後,就會在角膜瓣上面雷射出一個小小的傷口,很小很小,可以說小到我們肉眼其實很難看得清楚,只有2-3mm左右而已!
跟其他傷口大的近視雷射技術有多大差別呢?那些手術方式產生的傷口都會到22-26mm這麼大,相差十倍,大傷口恢復的時間一定需要比較久,而且往往都還要再掀開角膜瓣,所以對角膜結構的破壞程度就比較大,也沒有醫師敢保證眼睛會復原到像術前的狀態.
因為大傷口的近視雷射手術對角膜結構的破壞程度比較大,後遺症發生的機率就很高,常聽到乾眼症、夜間眩光、術後像差、甚至還有角膜瓣移位,就是因為大傷口還有掀開角膜瓣所造成的影響.

SMILE手術整個過程15分鐘就完成了,真正做雷射矯正的時間也才幾秒鐘而已!
就在這幾秒鐘,眼睛就恢復了健康,而且還保留了完整度非常高的角膜神經,因為這些角膜神經是關於淚液分泌的傳達神經,讓乾眼症的機率大大的降低~

SMILE手術就是利用2-3mm的傷口把前面雕好的透鏡取出來,不會有掀開的動作,術後不需要太擔心角膜瓣移位的問題~

手術都不會痛,只感覺眼前有一陣光,就好像眼睛閉著,有燈在照眼睛那樣的感覺,全程陳醫師都會邊引導我該怎麼配合,聽到陳醫師沉穩的聲音還有很穩定的操作,讓我有一種第一次做近視雷射手術就上手的感覺XD

手術完成以後,陳醫師前後幫我檢查兩次,確認傷口和眼睛都ok後,就讓我帶著衛教說明時給我的護理包回家了~
在手術恢復區等待的時候,其實眼睛是有一點小畏光,不過聽陳醫師的話閉著眼睛休息後,半小時後張開就沒有畏光的情形囉!

術後的眼睛,照顧上其實沒有什麼特殊或是麻煩的地方,就是要小心不要讓水或是異物跑到眼睛裡,出門只要記得戴上護目鏡,洗澡、刷牙洗臉時多提高注意就好囉!
因為傷口很小,肉眼幾乎看不見,也都沒什麼感覺,真的會忘記自己有做SMILE手術~
